We at RYANS REMOVALS continuously train all our staff to the very highest standards to insure our customers get the best possible service. In May 2010 all our staff we trained to B.A.R Standards in.
Vehicle & Container Loading/Unloading Skills Course.
Fragile Packing Skills Course.
Manual Handling Skills Course.
Also in November 2010 5 of the crew were also took part and successfully passed their Folk Lift Training.
As well as the above training, all the staff are always trained in all aspects of their jobs monthly and every 6 months.

BAR Training Services travel the country providing operational training directly to BAR member’s front doors.
On 10 & 11 May 2010 BAR Training Services visited Ryan’s Removals in the West Midlands to carry out a selection of removal skills training.
The onsite training was split over 1 ½ days and included refresher sessions on fragile packing and vehicle & container loading and unloading.
Although staff had already been trained and had learnt the necessary skills, Ryan’s removals recognised the importance of implementing regular refresher training for their staff.
Peter Gawthrop delivered the training and commented: ‘Many of the staff at Ryan’s Removals are very experienced in what they do, but everyone who attended the training got something out of it and learnt something new that will help them to carry out their roles’.
Having regular training in place is not only a criteria for BAR membership it also ensures a well motivated, professional workforce. As well as learning the techniques required to carry out their duties, staff feel valued as the company is willing to invest money in developing the skills of its employees.
